Cancellations and No-Shows

 If you are sick or have an emergency, please notify me immediately to get rescheduled.

Appointments WITH prepayment:
-must be cancelled 24 hours prior to appointment to receive refund or can save the payment as credit for future appointments.
-must be cancelled 12 hours prior to appointment to receive the credit for future appointments.
-last minute cancellations that do not meet the 12hr requirement will not receive credit or refund.
-No call No shows will not receive refund or store credit. After 2 no shows you will be required to continue prepaying for your future sessions.
-clients that do not call to notify of tardiness will forfeit their appointment 10minutes after the scheduled start time.

Appointments WITHOUT prepayment:
-must be cancelled 24 hours prior to appointment. After 2 appointments that do not meet this requirement, client will be required to prepay for future sessions.
-No call No shows with no prepayment will automatically be blocked from rescheduling and required to prepay for next session to be allowed to rebook. After 2 no shows, you will be required to continue prepaying for your future sessions.
-clients that do not call to notify of tardiness will forfeit their appointment 10minutes after the scheduled start time.
